terms and conditions for go east! with wagamama + STA Travel

1. this competition is open to wagamama customers who are residents of the UK and are aged 18 years or over except where they are employees of wagamama, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition

2. all information detailing how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. it is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules

3. submission of an entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions

4. entries must include the entrant's full name, email address, restaurant they dinned at, check number and amount paid from a valid receipt from between 27.07.2009 Ð 30.08.2009

5. each member of the party may submit 1 entry using the same receipt

6. the 1 winning entrant and their chosen co-travller shall win a choice of two trips to asia organised by STA Travel and their perfect partner GAP Adventures. Prize includes flights, flight taxes, full trip which includes tour guide, and majority or accommodation and meals. Local payments and some accommodation / meals may not be included. 7. the prize must be booked by september 31st 2009 and taken before february 29th 2010. The prize book by and take before dates may be extended at the discretion of STA Travel & Gap Aventures if deemed necessary.

8. prize has no cash alternative and is non transferable and non refundable

9. competition closes on 30.08.09

10. the first 1 valid entry drawn after the closing date will be deemed the winner

11. the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw taking place. if prize is not claimed within 14 days another winner will be drawn, and the same process shall take place until a winner has claimed the prize. if no winner has claimed within 12 weeks from the prize draw date after reasonable effort has been made by the promoters to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeit

12. judge's decision is final
